A: EVRYWEAR will take 1-2 working days to process and pack your order after verification of order. For more information, please visit our Delivery & Collection page.
Q: How long can I keep my items for?
A: You may keep your subscription tote bag for 1 month. Our customer service team will reach out to you via Whatsapp 3 days before the end of your billing cycle. From there, you can choose to continue with your current pieces for another month, or return your items and pick our new pieces!
Q: There is a missing item from my tote. What do I do?
A: If an item is missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the missing item’s name. Our team will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can within the next 1-2 working days.
Q: Can I swap my items before the end of my billing cycle?
A: Yes, you may have a one-time swap for each billing cycle in the case where your piece(s) do not fit. Do contact our WhatsApp customer service line or write to email@example.com to arrange for a swap.
Q: How do I purchase an item from my Evrywear tote?
A: Our customer service team will reach out to you via Whatsapp 3 days before the end of your billing cycle. You can indicate which piece(s) you would like to purchase, and they're yours forever at 40% off their original price listed online. What a steal!
Q: How does payment work?
A: Evrywear starts billing you monthly from the day you begin your subscription by entering your credit card details.
Q: Do I have to pay for laundry?
A: Nope! All laundry fees are included in your subscription.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You may reach out to our customer service team through Whatsapp, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All subscription tote bags and pieces must be returned before your subscription can be cancelled.
Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We carry a range of sizes from XXS to XL, detailed measurements can be found on the product pages of each piece of clothing and member reviews can help recommend the best fits for each design. However, not all pieces carry the full range of sizes! You may use our filter function to browse through your preferred sizes.
Q: What brands do you carry?
A: We have over 100 international and local fast fashion brands in our collection of styles. Some of the brands we carry are: Love, Bonito, Zara, MDS, The Closet Lover, Topshop, Ohvola, Hervelvetvase, The Tinsel Rack, Yacht 21 and The Editor’s Market.
Q: I'm looking to rent pieces from a specific brand, why it is not available on Evrywear?
A: At Evrywear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are constantly bringing in the latest trends and popular brands - if there's a brand that you love but isn't available on our site, do drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll do our best to add it to our collection!
Q: Should I wash or dry clean my items before returning them?
A: You can if you want to, but we’ll professionally do the laundry for you for free! Read more about our Wash and Sanitation Guarantee here.
Q: What happens if a stain or damage an item?
A: For damages beyond normal wear and tear where the rented piece is deemed no longer suitable for rental by other subscribers, we may have to charge you the discounted selling price for the piece. Q: How are your items quality controlled?
A: A portion of our stocks are directly purchased from local fast fashion brands. EVRYWEAR ensures that all items onsite go through a thorough screening process and are in a like-new condition. When we receive items back from members, we check to ensure there are no stains or damages to the fabric before listing them up for rent again.
